Brownie recipe by Arantxa

  1. 100 gr. black chocolate
  2. 100 gr. walnuts
  3. 200 gr. icing sugar
  4. 125  gr.  butter
  5.      2  un. eggs
  6.    70  gr.  flour
  7.  1/2   tablespoon of baking powder
  8.       1   pinch of salt

  • How to do:
  • Chop the walnuts
  • Melt the chocolate in a hot bath with 1 tablespoon water. Let cool.
  • Beat sugar and butter in a blender. Add eggs at a time and continue beating. Add the chocolate. chopped walnuts and sifted flour with the baking soda and salt.
  • Put into a lightly floured mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180º C. Let cool.
  • Enjoy !!!
