ORANGE CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:

  1. 8 chicken wings
  2. 75 grs. sugar
  3. 250 ml. orange juice
  4. salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut de chicken wings in two, trying to find the cartilage, and discard  the tips. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown them in oil in a pan. Put aside on a plate.
  3. In the same oil, make a caramel with the sugar. Put the wings back in the pot and add the orange juice.
  4. Cook until the meat is soft and serve immediately.
